Easily the best restaurant in St Armands Circle. Absolutely loved the corn soup, pholouri (which are little fritters), lemongrass mussels (get it with the roti), samosas, beef stew and whole snapper. The mango dessert was perfection. Cocktails were excellent: clarified pina colada, passion and guava martinis. Service was amazjng. Highly recommend and look forward to returning!

First time at Flambo, and we loved it! The great atmosphere, amazing food, and very warm, friendly service made for an amazing experience. The Trini Drunken Noodles and the Jerk Chicken Sandwich were both excellent! You can tell that Kevin and his Dad (owners) truly care about the food and their customers. We will definitely be back! As someone born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago, I can’t express how grateful I am to finally have a place where I can take a break from my own kitchen and enjoy authentic Trinbagonian cuisine that tastes like home. Every dish was prepared with love, bursting with the perfect balance of flavor, seasoning, and spices, while being presented with elegance and sophistication. You can truly taste the passion behind every bite. What makes Flambo even more special is the heart behind it. The owner is a genuinely down-to-earth individual whose vision extends far beyond serving great food. He built this business with his family at the center of it all, creating something meaningful that will leave a lasting legacy for his children. Omg! If you want your taste buds to go on a trip to the caribbean and have a top-tier culinary experience, this is the place to go. My husband and I, multiple days later, are still talking about how this restaurant was one of the best experiences we’ve had at a restaurant, ever. Kevin was friendly and so helpful in explaining the menu and making suggestions. All of his recommendations were spot on, amazing, 10/10! Although, I’m confident that everything at Flambo is amazing, not just what we tried. Honestly, there was nothing that I wouldn’t want to eat again (and that isn’t a comment I can usually make!). Try this place out; you won’t regret it. 😍 Our favorites: the roast pork belly, the butter chicken, the clarified piña colada, and the complimentary pholourie (it was our first time having it and it was delicious 🥰).

Phenomenal Restaurant! So many amazing choices on the menu it was hard to choose. Beautiful ambiance! The Owner/Chef personally came to our table while we were waiting for our food and then again at the end of the meal to visit with us. He shared his great story about his life and his country. Besides the amazing food the entire experience was over the top. Highly recommend trying this dining experience! 2nd REVIEW: We came back here again and was hoping the first phenomenal experience would repeat itself. Once again Flambo outdid itself. The food, equally as delicious and flavorful as the first time. Love the consistency and will have to try more dishes on our next visit. The service really puts this restaurant over the top. We had the same happy, polite, attentive waiter as last time. Additionally once again the owner came to our table twice to check in on us and always shared a little life story which makes the entire experience that much better. If you enjoy amazing food and an exceptional dining experience and top service this is it. We will be back a third time soon.
